Dear All,

I am disappointed that my ecotourism project can not be carried out in due time. As much as I would like to get the soil from our close Hongkong clients' homeland, I fear for the old age of GUGUGUGU Heng. However, I sincerely thank you for your effort, GUGUGUGU Heng. I will announce my next project to all in the next meeting. Meanwhile, I pray that GUGUGUGU Heng has gotten my request for a basket of har gaos, which we can test for its authencity and also to understand the culinary skills of our Hongkong partners, via HaoRen YL.

As a word of politeness, we are missing your absence here in Singapore, GUGUGUGU Heng. Meanwhile, let me "suffer" (enjoy) in the peace (which I have long awaited) in your absence. We look forward to you joining us back in our team and to present a report to us about our Hongkong clients. I hope your trip is smooth so far.

Regards,
Yongxin

Bleh... Personally I feel the wantons there are Much better than the har gao. It is bigger in size, with 2 shrimps inside and it has the soup wrapped within the wanton skin. The skin is so soft and easily sipped into the mouth, leaving the "naked" 2 shrimps. Yum Yum!!
